Never attack a player
Last updated: September 20, 2026
Hitting another player by accident is the fastest way to turn a quiet farm into a war. Anbots NG is built not to.
The rule
In hunting, mining and armadas, the bot confirms its target before it fires, and skips the shot rather than guess. It does not fire an ability at a player either. If the game opens an attack confirmation by itself, the bot cancels it instead of going through with it.
In a mining system
A player station in the system is left alone. A miner that is not sure of its target leaves the node alone, rather than land a mine order on someone else’s ship.
The one exception, and it is yours to ask for
Base Raid attacks a station you have chosen yourself. It is a Premium feature, it is in beta, and nothing triggers it on its own.
Why it matters
Beyond the peace of your alliance: what you automate against other players is the most visible thing you do. See is it safe?
Quick answers
Can the bot attack a player by mistake?
It confirms its target first and skips the shot rather than guess, in hunting, mining and armadas alike. It also cancels an attack confirmation the game opens on its own.
What about another player station in my mining system?
It is left alone. A miner that is not sure of its target leaves the node alone too.
Is there an exception?
Yes, one, and you have to ask for it: Base Raid, a Premium feature you point at a station yourself.
