Botting hours

You decide when the bot is allowed to work. Botting hours live in the Other tab, under Human behaviour.

Set your ranges

Tick Hours and fill the first range, for example 08:00 to 23:00. A second pair of fields takes another range, for the nights you want covered or the hours you do not.

What happens outside them

A start is refused outside your ranges, and a run that is going stops at the end of a range. Nothing is queued for later: Anbots never starts on its own.

The pause

Next to the hours, Pause every X min, for Y min breaks a long run into pieces. The bot stops, waits, and picks its work back up on its own.

And the cache

The same panel carries Auto clear cache, on by default on a new install. It keeps long sessions from going sour.

Quick answers

Can Anbots NG start on its own?

No. A run starts when you start it. Botting hours only decide when a start is allowed, they never trigger one.

How many time ranges can I set?

Two. Outside them a start is refused, and a run that is going stops at the end of the range.

What is the pause setting for?

It puts the bot on hold for a few minutes, every so many minutes, so a run is not one unbroken block.
