Download and install

Last updated: September 20, 2026

Anbots NG installs in a couple of minutes. You need a PC on Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit, and the official PC client of Star Trek Fleet Command.

1. Install the bot

Download Anbots NG from the download page and run the installer. It is signed, so Windows can check that the file has not been modified since it was built.

2. Set the game to Windowed

Start the game, open the settings from the top left corner, then the graphical settings, and switch FullScreen to Windowed. That is the only game setting Anbots needs.

3. Enter your licence email

You can skip this. Without a licence you get 30 minutes a day on 1 drydock. A free licence, renewed every week, raises that to 1 hour, 2 drydocks and 200 hostiles a day: enter the same email in the Account tab of the bot.

4. Set your drydocks and start

Open the Fleet tab. For each drydock you want to use, type where it should go in Destination and choose a mode: hunt, mine or solo armada. Leave the others idle, then press Start. Each ship works, comes home to repair or unload, and goes back out.

Quick answers

Do I need to install anything else?

No. You need the official PC client of Star Trek Fleet Command and Anbots NG. No emulator and no extra tool.

Do I have to create an account?

No. There is no account and no password. A licence is an email address, and you can run the bot with reduced limits without one.

Does the game window have to stay in front?

No. Anbots NG borrows the mouse for a few milliseconds per click and puts it back, so you can keep using your PC while it plays.

How do I update Anbots NG?

You do not have to: Anbots NG keeps itself up to date, so you never download it again by hand.
