Tutorial : Getting Started

1/ Download official STFC PC client
2/ STFC PC client configuration

Once the PC client started, click on the top left corner and enter settings :Settings

Set the game to Windowed mode — it is the only game setting the bot needs, because Anbots cannot drive the game in full screen. Open the graphical settings, click "FullScreen" and choose "Windowed".

3/ Download the bot

Download Anbots NG from the download page and run Anbots_NG_Setup.exe.

4/ Grab a free licence

You can skip this step: without a licence you already get 30 minutes of farming a day on 1 drydock. A free licence, renewable every week, raises that to 1 hour, 2 drydocks and 200 hostiles a day. Follow the steps on the free licence page, then enter the same email in the bot.

5/ Set up your drydocks

In Anbots NG, open the Fleet tab (1). For each drydock you want to use, type the system to go to in Destination (2) and choose a Mode (3): hunt, mine or solo armada. Leave the other drydocks on idle. The free tier drives 2 drydocks, Premium 8.

The hostiles to hunt (type, level, Kill On Sight) are chosen in the General tab.

6/ Start the bot

Press Start, or the keyboard shortcut shown under it. The game window does not need to stay in front: the bot borrows the mouse for a few milliseconds per click and puts it back, so you can keep using your PC.

Each ship follows its own mode, comes home to repair or unload, and goes back out. Side actions run between fights.

Press Stop, or use the keyboard shortcut shown in the bot, to end the run. Ships can be recalled automatically when you stop.
